1. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, code, and visual elements created by Plunqly are the intellectual property of Plunqly and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without express written permission. Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use only as intended.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and bespoke nature of the products, no refunds will be issued once work has commenced or files have been delivered.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription (such as hosted services) at any time, but any prepaid period is non-refundable. Hosting services require a minimum three-month commitment where applicable.

4. Termination

Plunqly reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the user breaches any of these terms, particularly involving intellectual property misuse or the use of the hosted site for illegal, defamatory, or prohibited content in any jurisdiction.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use your site for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to distributing malware, spam, hate speech, or any content that may violate local, state, or international laws. Plunqly does not permit any illegal, harmful, or abusive content or behavior.

6. Liability

Plunqly is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your website, including but not limited to downtime, data loss, or third-party interactions. Users assume full responsibility for the content they provide or request to publish.

7. Privacy & Data

We do not hold any personal data, except for correspondence critical to design, implementation, or hosting processes. All financial data is processed by PayHip, and we do not have access to it.

8. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Plunqly services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms. Users will be notified of major updates via email or website notice.
